What does "Energized Before Dispatch" mean?
For selected products, you can choose our optional energization service. The product is traditionally prepared before dispatch according to spiritual practices, adding a meaningful ceremonial step before it reaches you.
How do I choose the right Rudraksha or spiritual product?
Every spiritual journey is unique. You can browse our collections based on your intention or connect with our team on WhatsApp for personalized guidance in choosing the most suitable product.
What is included with my order?
Each order includes your selected product, premium protective packaging, an authenticity card (where applicable), a care and usage guide, and access to our customer support team.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations across India. You can check availability by entering your delivery pincode during checkout.
How is my pooja performed?
All poojas are conducted by experienced pandits following traditional Vedic practices. During booking, you can share your name, gotra, and prayer intentions, which are included in the Sankalp performed on your behalf.
Do I need to be present during the pooja?
No. Your pooja is performed on your behalf by experienced pandits. You can participate spiritually from wherever you are while your details are included in the ritual.
Will I receive confirmation after the pooja?
Yes. Once the ritual is completed, we share confirmation and, where applicable, photos, videos, or updates depending on the type of pooja booked.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched promptly and delivered within a few business days, depending on your location. Estimated delivery dates are available during checkout
Can I return or exchange my order?
If you have any concerns about your order, please contact our support team. We'll review your request and do our best to provide a fair and helpful resolution in line with our return policy.
