At Rudvaa, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1-Day Replacement Policy

We have a 1-day replacement policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a replacement.

Important Points About Our Return Policy

  • No returns will be accepted for size issues, quality preferences, color variations, or personal preferences. Product specifications and dimensions are clearly mentioned in the product descriptions.

  • Replacements will only be issued after inspection by our team.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate any return or replacement request.


Partial Prepaid with Cash On Delivery (COD)

The nominal fee charged on Partial Prepaid Cash On Delivery orders is non-refundable.

In case of Return to Origin (RTO), customers may utilize the partially prepaid amount toward a future order on Rudriva.


Eligible Cases for 1-Day Replacement

Our 1-day replacement policy is applicable only in the following situations:

✅ Wrong Item Received

Must be verified through an unboxing video.

✅ Defective or Damaged Item Received

Must be verified through an unboxing video.


Cases Not Eligible for Replacement

The following situations are not covered under our replacement policy:

  • Any item damaged by the customer.

  • Any item that has been washed, altered, or modified.

  • Any item not returned in its original packaging.

  • Any item returned without original tags, inserts, certificates, or accessories.

  • Any item not in its original condition.

  • Any item used, worn, or tampered with after delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be unused, unworn, and returned in the same condition in which it was received.


6-Month Free Replacement Policy

All eligible products sold by Rudriva are covered under our 6-Month Replacement Policy for color fading issues.

Customers may share clear photographs of the product with our support team to request a one-time replacement.

Terms:

  • A ₹100 Shipping & Handling Fee must be prepaid.

  • Cash On Delivery is not available for replacement shipping charges.

  • Customers may keep the original product or return it at their own expense.

  • Damaged, broken, misused, or altered products are not covered under this policy.

  • Replacement under this policy is limited to one time per product.


Additional Policy Information

  • Based on photographs, videos, and other information provided by the customer, Rudriva reserves the right to determine whether a replacement request is approved.

  • The decision of Rudriva's support team shall be considered final.

  • If a customer contacts us after the 1-day replacement period has expired, Rudriva may not be able to process the request.


Shipping & Delivery Related Policies

Prepaid Orders

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or any other customer-related reason, refunds (if applicable) may be issued as store credit after deducting applicable shipping charges.

Cash On Delivery Orders

Customers are requested to verify the COD amount mentioned on the package before making payment. Rudriva will not be responsible for any overpayment made directly to the courier partner.


Refund Policy

Generally, approved returns will be provided as:

  • Store Credit

  • Gift Card

  • Discount Voucher

which can be used on Rudriva for future purchases.

Refunds to bank accounts, UPI IDs, or payment methods are generally not provided except under exceptional circumstances.


Exceptional Refund Cases

Refunds may be issued to the original payment method only in situations such as:

  • Excessive delivery delays extending several weeks beyond expected timelines.

  • Repeated delivery of incorrect products.

  • Repeated delivery of damaged products despite replacement attempts.

Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 4–5 business days. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer's bank and payment provider.


How to Request a Replacement

Step 1

Contact our support team with your:

  • Order Number

  • Registered Email Address

  • Registered Mobile Number

Step 2

Share:

  • Unboxing Video

  • Product Images

  • Description of the issuez

Step 3

Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.

Step 4

If approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged wherever available.

Step 5

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the approved replacement or store credit will be processed.


Areas Without Reverse Pickup

If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your location, customers may be required to self-ship the product to the address provided by our support team.

Replacement processing will begin after the returned product is received and successfully inspected.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Contact us within 24 hours if:

  • You receive a damaged product.

  • You receive an incorrect product.

  • Any item is missing from your order.

Failure to report within the stated period may result in rejection of the claim.


Non-Returnable Items

The following products may not be eligible for returns:

  • Certain premium or collector-grade Rudraksha products

  • Customized products

  • Special order products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items

However, eligible premium products may still qualify for replacement under applicable warranty or replacement programs.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to place a new order and request replacement approval for the original product separately, subject to policy eligibility.
